District Professional Learning--September 25th

Monday, September 25th is a district day of professional learning. The day will begin at 8:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM.  The focus of our work will be standards-based learning.  Below is information on the schedule for the day and team meeting locations.  Please bring a charged laptop to both sessions.


8:00-11:30: Proficiency Scale Work

Secondary teachers will report to their buildings to work with their collaborative teams.  

Elementary teachers will report to the buildings listed below.

Kindergarten--All content areas	Altoona- media center
Grade 1	Delaware- coach office
Grade 2	Mitchellville- media center
Grade 3	Four Mile- media center
Grade 4	Clay- media center
Grade 5	Runnells- media center
Counselors	Centennial Counseling Office
Nurses	Clay Elementary
Teacher Librarians	Assigned by Coordinator
Music	Centennial
Art	Centennial
PE	Centennial/10:30-11:30 Spring Creek
ESOL	Four Mile - media center with Grade 3
Title I Math	Clay - media center with Grade 4
TAG	Runnells - media center with Grade 5
Title I Reading & Reading Specialists	Assigned by Coordinator
Special Education Teachers	Assigned by Coordinator

All teams (elementary and secondary) please complete this 
exit slip at the conclusion of the morning session. Your feedback will help us provide future support.

11:30-12:45: Lunch 

1:00-4:00: Standards-Based Learning: Peer Learning

Elementary teachers will report to their home buildings.

Secondary teachers will report to the Jr. High Auditorium.
