The second window for Teacher Quality funds is now open. We had over 160 teachers apply in Window 1--that is a lot of professional learning!
Window 2 is from June 1-August 22. In order to be eligible for Window 2, the course must start during this window. Likewise, those still applying in Window 1, the course must start by May 31st.
Teacher Quality Guidelines
This form must be submitted for approval prior to taking a course. Approval will be sent via email. No teacher quality dollars will be issued without prior submission of this form.
Courses eligible for teacher quality funding should align with your current teaching position.
Teacher quality funding pays for the time you spend working on the class. There is a $375 limit for teacher quality funding during this window.

- Payroll sheets may be found on MySEP under the Human Resources/Payroll link.
- Under the description put "TQ: THE NAME OF THE COURSE"
- Make sure you complete 'time in', 'time out' and the total hours (up to 15)

- All submitted times must be outside of contract hours.
- A separate payroll sheet should be submitted for each month if the course is held across multiple months.

- Your payroll sheet must be submitted within one month of the final date of class.
Please contact Jo Ellen Latham if:
- your submitted course is cancelled or changed and you want to substitute a new one.
